Fan Garland Yellow - sunny tissue paper that brightens any room.
This garland lines up several semicircular fans made from delicate tissue paper. Fanned out, they create an airy, playful look in bright yellow that works wonderfully on the wall, above the table or as a backdrop for photos. Available in two fan sizes, suitable for small corners or large areas.
